We want you to understand what information we collect and how we use it. We are permitted under law to disclose nonpublic personal information about you to other third parties in certain circumstances. For example, we may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to third parties to assist us in servicing your loan or account with us, to government entities in response to subpoenas, and to credit bureaus. We would never share this information in violation of any regulation or law.
If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice.

We also take steps to safeguard customer information. We restrict access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. Our employees are trained in the importance of maintaining confidentiality and customer privacy. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
What You Can Do To Help Protect Your Privacy
North Bank encourages its customers to help protect private information by following certain guidelines.
- Protect your account numbers, card numbers and personal identification number (PIN). Never keep your PIN with your debit or credit card which can provide free access to your accounts if your card is lost or stolen.
- Use caution when disclosing your account number, social security numbers, etc. to other persons. If someone calls you and explains the call is on behalf of North Bank and asks for your account number, you should beware. Our staff will have access to your information and will not need to ask for it.
- Keep your information with us current. It is important should we have to reach you. If we detect potentially fraudulent or unauthorized activity or use of an account, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If your address or phone number changes, please let us know.
